I deeply appreciate everyone assuming that because I'm a black robed, solid chrome skeletal video game warlord who can conjure interweb magics with his awesome, yet non-functional power glove, that I am the (for lack of a better word) shizznit maximus. As much as I don't want to disagree with you, my hood goes off to a truly cruel boss character that knows just how to open a keg of whoop-ass in style. When Japan signed a deal with Satan to redesign Darth Vader, the poor cast of Star Gladiator trembled in fear. Everything from his glowy armor to his painful attacks screams stylish evil and I've never had so much fun laying down the smack with this bad boy. 
Here's some background info via Wiki: "Dr. Edward Bilstein: The villain of the series who leads the Fourth Empire and wields a Plasma Sword in battle. He once stumbled upon a research document left behind by one of his ancestors. It described Plasma Power and how it could be derived from human emotions. Bilstein was driven by his ancestor's evil will because they were unable to complete the project and that Bilstein himself had decided to carry out their work and build the unknown Plasma weapon. However...before Bilstein could realize his evil plot, he was detected by the Earth Federation and was then arrested for violating human rights, using actual human bodies in his experiments." Just misunderstood, crazed mad man with a big sword or a little of both - it doesn't matter because he doesn't put up with anyone's crap.
His tactics are brutal, cold and precise. He has the ability to hover and circle around his opponent, and to make things extra fun, he can (all but his immense plasma blade) go invisible at any time making the fight super slutty. I get giddy when the other players start crying in the middle of a fight and blame their controller for their misfortune. But most of all, his special throw move is a lovely sight to see, where he launches his victim in a pylon of pure plasma, bends their limbs back in mid-air and then impale them as they drop onto his blade when the pylon fades. Just check out the video below and have some moist towelettes ready. Bilstein's badassness cannot be matched and he will always be #1 in my tome of uber evil evil doers. Rawk on, TRON VADER!!!
